What I Do, Why I Do

With over two decades of experience, my mission has always been to create workplaces where people thrive. Through leadership roles at global organizations like General Electric, Standard Chartered Bank, A.P. Moller Maersk, and Jones Lang LaSalle, I’ve helped shape strategies that champion diversity, inclusion, and workforce transformation.

As the author of The Skills Advantage, I tackle the urgent need for equipping organizations and individuals with the skills to succeed in a rapidly evolving world. I continue to speak on topics like the future of work, reskilling in the age of AI, leadership transformation, and human capital investment, sharing insights through my research, newsletter, and ongoing PhD studies.

My goal is to inspire leaders and organizations to embrace change, prepare for the future, and create inclusive environments where talent thrives. At the heart of every successful business are its people—and helping them grow remains my greatest passion.
